Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with every Oribel product you buy.

You may return any unused Oribel product purchased from www.loveoribel.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided the product is returned in its original packaging.

Service parts and accessories are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

We will take care of the return shipping cost for eligible returns.

How do I return a product?

To start a return, please email us at wecare@loveoribel.com with your order number and reason for
return.

Once we have confirmed that your item is eligible for return, we will provide you with return instructions, including where and how to send the product back to us.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return confirmation and instructions from us.

When will I get my refund?

We do our best to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order, such as the same credit card or PayPal account.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Can I return an item purchased online to a store?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

start the return process. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Can I return an Oribel product that was not bought at www.loveoribel.com?

Products purchased from retailers or other websites are subject to that retailer’s own return and exchange policy.

Before purchasing from a retailer, we recommend checking their return policy directly.
