All Oribel products come with a standard 6-month warranty.

Website-Exclusive Extended Warranty

Products purchased on Oribel's official website (loveoribel.com) come with an additional 6 months warranty, a total of 12 months.

Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods purchased from Oribel Pte Ltd. 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Oribel Pte Ltd will repair or replace products or part of products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
