How do I change order details after I submit my orders?

We accept changes made before the parcel has been shipped. Please email us at wecare@loveoribel.com. We regret that we will not be able to accept changes made after the parcel has left our warehouse.

Can I track my delivery?

We will send you a tracking number to your provided email address once your order has left our warehouse. Please click on the link provided in the email to track your shipping status. Tracking number is not provided for deliveries within Singapore.

Please contact us at wecare@loveoribel.com if you did not receive the tracking information within 2 days.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the following countries :

  • Singapore
  • USA

What is the standard order processing time?

We aim to process and have the parcel leave our warehouse within 24 working hours from the order submission.

Depending on the shipping options selected, the parcel will arrive at the destination within an additional 1-7 days. Please see transit time for more information on shipping options.

What are the shipping lead times for the various shipping options?

Singapore 2 – 3 working days
3 – 4 working days
